Opticon offers support for all of its products and accessories.

Support can be obtained in several different ways. Live technical support, developer support, and customer service is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time by calling 1-800-636-0090.

Support can also be obtained by requesting via email or searching our online knowledge base. Software and documentation downloads are also available along with product registration for Opticon AG and Opticon RL.
